Benefits of Drinking Green Tea

Many people believe that drinking green tea is one of the most pleasing experiences, which a lot of individuals overlook. There are many people who, though drink ultra lean green tea, but barely know how to brew it, and they also drink it very fast. It has a comforting and calming effect on the body, especially when you are feeling hot, after spending long hours in the sun. Most people make the blunder of boiling the water for brewing and then let it cool down, and remember this should never be done. The brewing should ideally be done using cold water, and to make iced tea, you need the tea to brew for forty five minutes, to access its genuine colors, scent and all the health benefits it carries.
